Donald Trump Returns as Liberator

By | January 21, 2025

[January 21, 2025]  The Washington Free Beacon headline read “Trump Greeted as Liberator in Triumphant Return to White House,” in what I thought was over the top for a headline.  But after giving it some thought, I think their editors are correct; Donald Trump returns as a true American hero and liberator to a nation in economic, social, and military decline.

Now it’s time to “start winning again,” as Trump likes to say.  And, no, I’m no partisan idealogue cheering from the sideline in my ignorance of what the presidency can do.  Or not do.  I’ve always been a realist because I’ve seen the insides of America’s largest bureaucracies and won plenty of battles because I understand how they work.

“America’s long national nightmare is almost over. President Joe Biden will leave office (and politics) forever at noon on Monday when Donald Trump is sworn in for a second term. The vibes are different this time. Trump is more popular than ever. The incumbent geezer is despised.” – The Washington Free Beacon, January 20, 2025

Indeed, the nightmare of Joe Biden and his handlers is over.  Actually, that is false.  The nightmare will continue for weeks and months as Trump and his Administration uncover a treasureload of horrific deeds that Bidens left the American people.  If you think Biden is hated now, wait for the exposing of his nefarious deeds, not all written during his last days in office.  And that includes Biden’s corruption.

“What’s left of the #Resistance is exhausted and exhausting. Fair-weather fans have fled in droves. The pussy marchers and the boycotters are decimated; corporations and celebrities no longer cowed into submission. One gets the sense that some of Trump’s former opponents might be feeling a little embarrassed by their behavior over the past eight years, as they should be. There’s hope for change again.” – The Washington Free Beacon, January 20, 2015

Ouch!  I’m of the mind to call some of my more Progressive “friends” and ask why they could have even considered voting for Joe Biden (or his dumber counterpart, Kamala Harris).  Why would they do anything other than for party loyalty?  Certainly, they could see what I and so many Americans saw in the aging, dementia-riddled Joe Biden.  Or, in the decisions he made (allegedly made) like pardoning his son, murderers, cop killers, rapists, drug runners, and other such ilk that were locked up.  Or releasing the Gitmo detainees, the worst of the world’s worst evil.

How can they explain supporting all this?  I think they were dipping their own feet into the cauldron of evil because they might actually have gained something (illicitly) or were too stubborn to admit they were wrong. Maybe Dr. Jordan Peterson, a psychologist, can explain it better.  Who would support someone so caught up in corruption and yet say publicly that Joe Biden is “the best he has ever been,” when everyone knows he is not.

But the theatrics of the pre-inauguration ceremony, the celebrations, and the swearing-in were great to witness. On my end, there was a lag in the video and audio, perhaps due to the millions trying to see the event from home and overloading the Internet. But I watched it again later without a hitch. Good work for the technical folks who made all this happen because it was amazing.

“In 2017, several mainstream musical artists—Elton John, Garth Brook, and Kiss, among others—reflexively turned down offers to perform at Trump’s inauguration festivities. Not this time. Country music legend Carrie Underwood, who will sing ‘America the Beautiful’ at the swearing-in ceremony, said she was honored to be invited “at a time when we must all come together in the spirit of unity and looking to the future.”  Other mainstream acts, including Rascal Flats and Gavin DeGraw, are also scheduled to perform. So are the Village People, despite endorsing Kamala Harris and threatening Trump with legal action to stop playing their hit songs ‘Macho Man’ and ‘Y.M.C.A.’” – The Washington Free Beacon

Yes, the pre-inauguration and other ceremonies were right up there with the best of the best and encouraging, uplifting for the soul, and just plain fun to watch.  For those who are the losers, Joe Biden and the Democrat Party (including all “Progressives”), my best advice is to get on board, or you will get left behind.  America is back on track to become a great nation again.  All Americans are going to be better off, and that includes the Democrat Party.

“Trump returns to White House stronger than ever, with more allies than ever. America is on the verge of being fun again. The joy is back in town.” – The Washington Free Beacon

Well said.

It was President Donald J. Trump’s acceptance speech that was the top event of yesterday and for prosperity.

An example from Trump’s speech that was a slap in the face to Joe Biden and Barack Obama:
“ Our country can no longer deliver basic services in times of emergency, as recently shown by the wonderful people of North Carolina — who have been treated so badly — and other states who are still suffering from a hurricane that took place many months ago or, more recently, Los Angeles, where we are watching fires still tragically burn from weeks ago without even a token of defense. They’re raging through the houses and communities, even affecting some of the wealthiest and most powerful individuals in our country — some of whom are sitting here right now. They don’t have a home any longer. That’s interesting. But we can’t let this happen. Everyone is unable to do anything about it. That’s going to change.”

Yep, a beaut of a speech. The new York Times calls it a dark speech of division and fear. Talk about projection from leftist politicians, oops I mean reporters.

🇺🇸 He had me at “I’m building a Wall” during the 1st GOP Nomination!!! and “I’m putting America First” 🇺🇸 And since he came down the escalator. I’ve been steadfast, loyal and, I have not ever waived. 🇺🇸 Voted for him in 2016, 2020, and 2024. Thank God it was too big to rig this time.🇺🇸

My wife and I watched as much of the ceremonies and the inauguration and swearing in as possible. We took the day odd from work (we don’t get federal holidays when you run your own business) and it was a monumental occasion to finally witness America’s new beginnings. We are proud Americans and also supporters of our allies across the world. Pres. Donald Trump is going to drain the swamp. And that alone is great news. Gen. S. has written a stalwart blog post here and should be read by all. Thank you, sir for your military service and you continued support of America. Love the work you do.

Gen. Satterfield, the end of the disgraceful Biden administration is an opportunity to turn our country around and restore it as a beacon of liberty for all oppressed people around the world. Let’s get it done now!

Put them all in front of congressional committees under oath. They can’t plead the Fifth but they can be prosecuted for perjury. Let the fun begin.

Nice touch adding the president’s inauguration address in video at the end of your article. You sure are improving your website. And yes, Gen. Satterfield, we are entering a time of a great nation now that The Biden Crime Family ™ , ® , © is gone to their mansions and with their criminal pardons. Biden flaunts his crimes before the world. History will not be kind to his criminal legacy.

Thanks Mr. Savage and let’s never forget Biden pardoning Fauci, treason Milley, and the kangaroo court J6. The crime just keep on coming. What we now have is the FACT that the Democrat Party exists only to enrich themselves and to harm America as much as possible now. Shame upon Biden and his crime family. It looks like he / they got away with it, but not because we Americans don’t know about it. I hope that the new Congress pulls them into public meetings where they will openly admit to the world their crimes, even if they can’t be prosecuted for them.

Mr. Savage, have you read Gen. Satterfield’s book “55 Rules for a Good Life?” In it, you will see that he looks at those elements of a great person and when we bring in Biden, how Biden violates those rules. And where is Biden now? In HELL.
