[November 8, 2022] It’s finally here; Election Day 2022. In preparation, I was at a friend’s house yesterday – Frank & Terry – to pick up credentials that allow my wife and I into any polling place in our town as “poll challengers.” We believe that making a difference in our community, state, and nation means going out and being involved in politics. Yeah, it’s a dirty business but necessary and don’t let others tell you any different.
Frank was one of the first people to purchase my new book, “55 Rules for a Good Life.” He tells me that he was yelling aloud to his wife Terry that “finally” someone agrees with him. And it was my first chapter, “Realize that nobody owes you nuttin” that got his attention and, he says, ‘it was right up front in the book.’
He went on to note that so many young people today expect to be given something – for nothing – and when they don’t get it, they throw a tantrum, or pout, or cry like a baby. Are they so privileged that someone else has to pay their way, he asked.

The weather changed today. Yesterday’s high was 82 degrees and sunny in New Jersey where I live. Today the high is expected to be about 60. Our Indian Summer is gone, but it was great while it lasted. Now, I’ll have to wait until next year for such temperatures and sun.

I know he doesn’t like to but when leadership is involved (or when it is lacking and should be present), Gen. S. will tackle the problem in his website. He names names and I like that too. Keep up the great work you are doing here Gen. S. and we will be on your site each day. That is a bit of an intellectual boost to start each and every day.

It’s been a while but I re-read the article comparing Trump and Biden. Wow, Gen. Satterfield you were really hitting the ball out of the park on it. You nailed Biden’s dementia and his inability to lead properly. Cheers!

Gen. Satterfield, I just wanted to say (off topic a bit) that I’m thoroughly enjoying your newest book and it is spot on in every sense. Thoughtful, pragmatic, fun to read, and succinct. I hope that everyone takes a close look at school boards too. They often run as non-political but actually adopt the radical leftist position on CRT, “systematic” racism, wokeness, gender studies, etc. Identify them and vote them out. It takes a bit of homework on your part but do it now. Or you and your kids will suffer the consequences.
