Gov. Tim Walz for President

By | March 31, 2025

[March 31, 2025]  These past few weeks, we’ve been witnessing Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz crisscrossing America giving Democrat rallying speeches. I think it’s an odds-on favorite that he is setting himself up to run for president of the United States in 2028.

I’ve written several times about Walz when he was Kamala Harris’ VP selection (see here, here, and here).  I called him out for being Woke and a divisive figure. I still stand by this assertion. But there is more to him than meets the eye.

I found Walz’s comments truly odd, when he describes himself as tough and “proves it” by saying he can whip any Republican in a fist fight. Or, when he says his opponents are scared of him because he speaks only the truth. Or, he can fix a truck, shoot a shotgun, or, he is an all-around manly man.  But, he has failed to do is take responsibility for the failures during his political loss at the national level.

Yes, there is something I truly like about him and it is what all good leaders should possess. Tim Walz makes it clear what his ideological position is on important political topics that matter. He states clearly the far-left ideological stance of the Democrat Party.

There are many political “experts” who believe that Walz is too far Left, but that is not what Democrat Leftists believe. It should come as no surprise that both NY Senator Chuck Schumer and California Gov. Gavin Newsome are taking political heat for trying to move back toward a more moderate position, while Walz has stayed Left.  Which strategy works is yet to be seen as most successful.

The Democrat Party is still far left and not moving, if we listen to Walz, AOC, or Bernie Sanders, all of which are on a national tour.

“It is true that Tim Walz is “evil,” a “creep” and a “jerk.” He is one of the most vicious and mean-spirited people in politics. But he knows his party’s base: a vicious, mean-spirited jerk may be exactly what Democrats are looking for in 2028. Those Democrats who vote in primaries, anyway; the most left-wing Democrats.” — John Hinderaker, March 29, 2025, PowerLineBlog

Check to ensure you’ve stocked up on popcorn because Tim Walz certainly will entertain us for the next few years.

It is hard not to dismiss Minn.Gov. Tim Walz but he is a symptom of a society in decay. Not that he is like he is, spouting off disingenuous and discriminatory rhetoric but that so many good people believe him. And they believe that America is a racist, misogynistic, Islamophobic society – which is so far from the truth that it boggles the mind so many could be intellectually trapped into this convoluted ideology that only promises high moral standing if you believe. But, here we are.

TIm Walz will never be president but he can be a disruptor to the Democrat Party nominee. Let’s see if he plays the spoiler role like his ego will want to do.

Gen. Satterfield has laid out a good case for what should be obvious. Yes, Gov.Tim Walz is running early for president in 2028. 😜 He has largely ignored his state of Minnesota and even the Liberal press/media have taken notice and criticized him for being AWOL. Tampoon Tim is a narcissist and is married to another narcissistic. Wow, I wonder how that works out at home. 😜 Weird Weird Weird. Timmy-boy is not going very far but he will surely entertain us for the foreseeable future. Let’s all sit back with a stiff drink, our dog at our feet, sitting in our comfy recliner and be entertained by a man who wants so much to show he is macho but ran away when his unit was deploying to a combat zone. Manly? Nope! 😜

We haven’t seen Commie Red on here in along time and I will welcome him back. And my reasoning is that it is good to always see and hear your opponents; for they will tell you what they think. That is why I’m against canceling WOKE television shows like ‘The View.’ The crazy- women on this show regularly demonstrate how awful Leftists are in real life and how much they hate – hate with a passion – hate America and its founding. This is why they are driven nuts by Pres. Trump and his Cabinet. They can’t stand losing since in their minds, they are morally superior to everyone else, esp. Republicans. This is the heart of socialism and their neo-Marxist view … if you believe in them, then you are automatically better than the rest of flyover America. Sad. And sad, angry lives.

I agree with you, Gen. Satterfield that Tim Walz is setting himself up to run for president. I personally think he has overplayed his hand by coming out on the woke ideology too hard. I think he believes it’s time for a change to a commie America but he failed to learn his lesson from the 2024 election that he had a big hand in losing for pushing communism (which is not what he called it).

Watson, good comment. Gov. Walz will never be president, nor will AOC or Bernie. If anybody has a shot at it, we don’t know them yet. The way I see things, is that the these woke politicians are “preparing the battlefield” or setting the stage for someone else to come along and take the prize.

If Trump’s plan works and the economy booms, then all those Woke-DEI whackos 🤮 will be crushed.

I think this is obvious. What is less obvious is what AOC is doing. She has zero chance of getting elected as US President. But, perhaps she’s setting herself up to be the part leader. That makes more sense.

YES – Tim Walz for US President. He has showed us his belief in a socialist America and that is why we will win. Americans know that we love them and they can always look up to the superiority and high morality of socialism and its claim over a depraved capitalism.
