In this case, Ms. Baker puts a lot of emphasis on technology. And, technology is important but like always, it is a tool. It is up to the human to make it work, and don’t forget the basic rule about technology, it will fail at some point, and it always does fail at the worst time. I was thinking the same thing. The message here is good but the words she uses doesn’t pull everything together. Best to proof read before sending it out for publication. More clarification needed.
