The New U.S. President

By | January 20, 2017

[January 20, 2017]  Opportunities to look into the interworkings of senior leadership occur occasionally; most prominently when there is a transition in leadership.  Earlier today, Donald Trump became the 45th president of the United States.  In part because mass media is hostile to his presidency but more so because he is an authentic leader, I think those of us who study leadership will get an unusually rare chance to see some of the good and bad leadership that happens during such a transition.

As part of theLeaderMaker.com, I will bring some of these to your attention.  Doing so is all part of my commitment for a better way to “see” inside the thinking of senior leaders.  Of course, anything that applies to them will in all likelihood, also apply here.  And that is why studying and observing leadership in action improves our personal leadership abilities.  This is a great time for America and the world.  Leaders who are willing to do the right thing will pay close attention.

Good luck to all my readers.  This is, indeed, a great time for students of leadership so let’s take the time to soak it all in.
