Sunday Morning in Pictures II

By | December 1, 2024

[December 1, 2024]  As we speed toward the end of 2024, most of us might look back and think how bizarre the year turned out to be. It’s easy to be pulled downward into the grip of pessimism and negativity. A strong belief in the goodness of people is the medicine that moves us toward a cure. One part of that move means a good laugh. Today, this Sunday morning, I have a few pictures to share. There is nothing that special about them, other than they made me smile. Enjoy!

Thoughtful picks. May I suggest X (old Twitter) by searching on “election memes.” You will get a good belly laugh from the results. Trust me, I do this occasionally to get a chuckle and smile.

Da Man and others here who are giving Gen. S the thumbs up 👍 for his picture series; thank you for encouraging him. Occasionally, we do need a bit of humor 😎 to get us thru the day 🌝. I’m one of the longest-running readers and commentators here, and I’ll note that this blog has evolved and done so in the right direction. 👀🚗 welcome to all the newest readers, and be sure to get a copy of Gen. S’s books for Christmas or Hunnakka.

Just to note quickly that I do laugh at this bunch of pictures. Some readers will be insulted by some. Like the angel P’Nut who was murdered by New York government. But, this helps string together your ideas in picture form and someone who is a regular reader gets it. Thanks sir, for putting a smile on my face this morning. This is another example of you holding our attention and pushing us just a little to face the tough world with a smile on our face and love in our hearts. 🐈

Yo da best, Gen. Satterfield. Oh, I bought your book “55 rules for a good life” … fantastic. Passed the book down for my cousins to read. Of course, we’re both veterans, so the fact we think alot alike is to be expected. 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 Navy Vet, thanks for writing what I was thinking. And “thank you for you4 service “ to all our Veterans and First Responders. The good old USA is now headed in the right direction and scaring all the world dictators and wannabe dictators. There are many in the wannabe category and maybe, just maybe, they’ll think twice before implementing more stringent and abusive laws. As always, the elites think they are better than the rest of us. They are wrong. Now with Donald Trump inbound, the world will get better and better. 🇺🇸
