[February 9, 2025] I get a good laugh out of my Sunday Morning in Pictures series because old friends keep sending me some great content. Now, I will admit that my threshold for humor is kind of low (yeah, I was in the Army), like all my buddies from my old units. Today is a departure from earlier posts, so sit back and enjoy the
Made me laugh, thank you Gen. S.
Pastor John, yep, Gen. Satterfield is not a man to shy away from a tiny bit of humor when he can get away from it. That’s why, IMHO, the Sunday Morning Pictures has become so popular with his regular readers. I can also see from the comments that there are new folks making comments. Good for us all. If Gen. S. can attract more readers because of his bi-weekly picture posts, then more power to him. I can only hope that he could create a separate section (in a tab) that is just for pictures. Now that would be great.
Jolly good.
Another good post, sir. Photographs are an art and that’s what I see here. As others have noted, I look to enjoy the next series of photos.
THE CRUSADES

“ The great thing about Trump is that he simply ignores the conventional wisdom and supposedly fixed boundaries of acceptable discourse on any subject. I’m sure someone told him that proposing to empty out Gaza would be roundly rejected by Arab nations, and be called “ethnic cleansing” here at home. But this is how Trump shakes things up, often with positive results. Everyone knows the “two-state solution” is never going to happen so along as Hamas and Hezbollah are in existence, so why not blow up this whole hypocrisy?” — Mr. Steven Hayward

A fun sampling of weird, oddball, not ordinary, happy, artistic pictures for our entertainment and to learn about what Gen. Satterfield likes. 🎯
👍 Yes, Jack! 👍 We are beginning to witness the start of General Satterfield’s long series. I’m noticing a trend in the images he publishes. Previously, the photos had a political focus, but today they lean more towards an artistic perspective.”
