[February 25, 2025] In my four decades of military service, I never served a day in the Pentagon. That was by choice and for reasons I’ll write below. The latest news out of the Pentagon is that President Trump will fire a bunch of Woke Pentagon leaders.
Ward Carroll is a social media commentator who speaks primarily about military matters. In a YouTube video with the same title, he jumps in to discuss Trump’s decision to purge senior Flag Officers that he believes are aggressively prioritizing the Woke agenda of DEI and CRT. Trump rightly sees this ideology as both racist and detracts from the military’s mission of preventing and winning wars.
Rumors were circulating shortly after Trump’s election that a number of Trump loyalists, many of who are retired General Officers, had created a hit list of Woke Generals, Admirals, and senior civilians that needed to go. This would be part of the effort to improve combat readiness and create a more lethal fighting force. Those rumors turned out to be true.
As a high-profile act to show he means business, Trump fired Air Force General “CQ” Brown as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the highest position in the U.S. military. Brown had replaced the disgraced General Mark Milley in 2023. Brown’s support for Black Lives Matter after the George Floyd riots made him a target of the Administration.
Also fired was Navy Admiral Lisa Franchetti, who was serving as the Chief of Naval Operations and the Vice Chief of the Air Force General Jim Slife. While it is unclear at this time why Franchetti was fired, Slife lowered training standards in AFSOC, specifically against the advice of instructors. SECDEF Hegseth as criticized both Franchetti and Slife in the past.

Trump is also replacing the Judge Advocate General for the Army, Navy, and Air Force. And Pentagon civilians aren’t being let off easy. It was reported yesterday by Congressman Greg Murphy (R-NC) that it is expected 5,400 civilians will lose their jobs at the Pentagon in a couple of weeks.
A new Sheriff is in town and he’s cleaning up the corruption that is far greater than anyone expected. This is good news for the American taxpayer who works hard for their income and who pays taxes. I never wanted to work in the Pentagon because it was a deep bureaucracy that produced little of value considering the vast resources invested.
Those who support getting rid of fraud, waste, and abuse will be glad that Trump is behaving this way and fulfilling his campaign promises to “drain the swamp.” The Biden-era, woke Bizarro World is about to end.

ijore, that is part of the reason that the DoD is going to get a full audit by DOGE. I’m not sure when they last had an audit, but any large or small organization needs someone from the outside to look at their books – privately of course – to see if there is anything nefarious or wrong happening. I’ve heard that millions of dollars from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars were missing; presumably, the money went into contractors and Iraqi and Afghan government hands as bribes. This is a waste of taxpayer monies and should never happen without us knowing about it and giving us a chance to tell our elected representatives what we think of it.
Neither did I serve at the swampy Pentagon.

Sad of the fact that so many of our most senior military leaders are either traitors, insurrectionists, or just plain stupid. How in the world could anyone support BLM after it was proven the leaders were spending all the money donated on houses for themselves and their friends? And, that BLM did zero for Blacks. That is an amazing story that has yet to be fully told, and I think why! The press are lapdogs of the democrats and the democrats and the media were enriching themselves on hard-earned taxpayer monies and they just don’t care.

I have some good friends who are on Facebook saying how racist Trump is for firing Gen. CQ Brown. They think it’s only about racism. Why is it nothing enters their brain dealing with behavior or beliefs – like woke ideology – that is, itself racist? They just can’t look beyond skin color. This is what happens when you let yourself believe the propaganda.
America is coming back. What is so shocking to me was the depth of the corruption. And now we see that Ex-president Joe Biden and his crime family were just pikers getting their share of the American taxpayer loot. The DOGE needs to investigate all the Rich polite see where there multi-tens of millions came from. I suspect the were at Joe Biden’s side collecting too. JAIL JAIL JAIL for those criminals. And Joe Biden too.

Pete Hegseth is part of Trump’s promise to clean up, the swamp mand the senior grifters in the Pentagon should be named publicly and fired immediately. I can tell you from experience in any large organization that it’s easy to find the bottom feeders. Someone just has to have the guts to fire them.
